Meet Sarah King
Sarah King is a retail strategist, creative visionary, and wellbeing curator who has spent over two decades proving that business success and a deeply fulfilling life are not mutually exclusive — they are by design.
Sarah's retail roots run deep. Beginning her career at 15 with the Gap, she moved through visual storytelling at The Limited, earned a merchandising degree while building client relationships at a local boutique, and launched her own women's boutique just two months after college graduation. That entrepreneurial leap at 22 set the tone for everything that followed — visual store design, and the integration of MVP's planning intelligence for retail clients to drive measurable results.
But Sarah's approach to business has never been purely analytical. She weaves mindfulness, mind-body awareness, and spiritual depth into the way she works with clients — helping them build not just profitable businesses, but empowered lives. She curates intimate retreats both domestically and internationally, creating space for leaders to reconnect with their purpose and expand what they are capable of creating in the world.
A self-published author, certified yoga teacher, world traveler, and visual storyteller, Sarah possesses a rare ability to bridge data-driven strategy with creative, soul-centered guidance. Whether working with retailers or supporting heart-led business owners in one-on-one consulting, she brings the same conviction: that clarity of purpose is the most powerful business tool there is.
Sarah lives in Saint Louis, Missouri with her beloved and two children.
“Being fulfilled in our Self is paramount to fulfillment in Business.”
“I see living in the world today and being a ‘success’ in society not a measure of how other’s deem us - but rather how whole and fulfilled we feel within ourselves. How grounded and secure we are within ourselves is parallel to how we show up in all aspects of our lives. When we show up as the kind of leader we need to be to have success in our personal and business relationships, we are better able to curate the kind of life that nurtures us and inspires all of those that we touch. This creates the kind of success that we all innately desire and that is deeply fulfilling. This is the kind of world I want us all to live in.”
