I understand because I have been there. Owning and running a business is not for the faint of heart. There is so much energy, effort, and time that you put in that no one else sees. We can easily get into a pattern of constant outpouring to our staff, our vendors, colleagues, customers, and loose sight of the need to care for ourselves.
There is a direct relation to your business thriving and you as an owner thriving.
What I have found is that the more we are stuck in the weeds and operating from a place of depletion within ourselves, we are negating both our business and our personal success. There is a direct relation to our business thriving and ourselves as owners thriving. You, the person behind the business, is the life force of what you’ve created. If you are sucked dry - your business is being sucked dry.
I work with clients to help guide them into a life of more alignment where they feel seen, heard, and are able to step back from their day to day. By taking time for self care, time with those they love, and time to do the things that they want in life…it has a direct positive impact to their business.
My purpose is to help others reclaim their power and find joy in what they’ve built. My gift is being able to hold a safe space that allows people to open and share their deepest truths, and then guiding them to reconnect with their power so that they move forward in their life with clarity and intention. They can lead from a place of love and enjoy the journey. Oh, and their business really starts to grow too:)
